TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND OVERALL DIMENSIONS OF RGS-3

Upon customer request, we produce **horizontal above-ground tanks with a volume of 3 m³** with thermal insulation or a heater (sectional or heat exchange jacket), which help maintain a set temperature.

For operational functions, technological equipment is installed: loading/unloading devices, level gauges, sampling instruments, etc.

RGS-3M3 MANUFACTURING OPTIONS

TOO SAMRUK KAZ produces RGS-3 in several basic configurations:

Underground / Above-ground RGS 3m3

·         **RGSn-3** – above-ground installation;

·         **RGSp-3** – underground installation with a technological well;

Single-walled / Double-walled RGS-3 M3

·         **RGSn-3**: horizontal single-walled above-ground tank;

·         **RGSDn-3**: horizontal double-walled above-ground tank;

·         **RGSp-3**: horizontal single-walled underground tank;

·         **RGSDp-3**: horizontal double-walled underground tank.

When manufacturing a double-walled tank, the space between the walls is filled with nitrogen or liquid. The entire inter-wall space is filled, and the tank is equipped with a closed pumping system for it.

Single-section / Double-section / Multi-section RGS-3m3

All the above RGS-3 designs can be manufactured with one or more chambers (sections). The chambers are formed by specially designed partitions inside the tank body. Thus, the RGS tank is divided into two or more compartments, where different types of liquid raw materials can be stored. When manufacturing two-chamber or multi-chamber horizontal tanks, we guarantee the sealing of the chambers.
