**TRESTLES**
A **railway loading/unloading trestle** is used to facilitate the operations of unloading and loading petroleum products (gasoline, diesel fuel, crude oil, oil, and can also be used as a fuel oil unloading trestle) into railway tank cars and to provide easier access to the tank car.
The railway trestle ensures: simultaneous servicing of railway tank cars (depending on the number of posts); fixation of the gangway depending on its position in space; raising of the gangway after personnel departure; and placement of oil loading equipment.
A **railway loading/unloading trestle** is a robust metal structure consisting of several units. The trestle design allows for increasing and expanding the number of loading posts, as well as phased installation and modernization of equipment. The trestle platform is equipped with a locking device that holds the gangway in a vertical position when no tank car is present. The loading/unloading trestle can be equipped with connections for measuring systems and risers for top loading and unloading.
The unloading trestle complies with **SNiP 2.11.03-93** and **POT RM-021-2002**.

It is possible to manufacture **single-sided or double-sided trestles** according to the customer's drawings.
**Single-sided railway trestle**: the unloading front runs along one side of the trestle, serving 1 tank car from one side.

**INSTALLATION OF A RAILWAY OIL LOADING TRESTLE.**
All trestles are manufactured under factory conditions and supplied in disassembled form. Their assembly does not require permission for welding and construction work, and the installation of the trestle itself presents no particular difficulties and can be carried out by the enterprise's own work crew without involving specialized contractors.
The technical passport supplied with the trestle details the product's installation. Installation of the trestle at the site and connection of individual units are performed on a prepared foundation using anchor bolts. The depth of the foundation is chosen based on local conditions.
Upon request, we will provide a plan for connecting to the trestle's foundation, copies of documents for calculating the load-bearing elements of the trestle for weight, snow, and wind loads.
The trestle is competitive in terms of price, manufacturing time, and installation methods. The cost of the trestle depends on the customer's technical specifications. The **modular railway trestle** can be designed for the required number of posts and subsequently, if necessary, expanded to the desired number of loading-unloading posts.

On the 3-span railway trestle, the length of all spans is 6 meters. At the ends of the trestle, there are two end stair accesses, each 3.7 m in projection. Total length - 18m, for unloading/loading light petroleum products, a USN-150 bottom unloading unit and a top loading unit will be installed. |

**TRESTLE DESIGN**
The basic structure of an oil loading trestle is a **base module** (see Fig. 1). The finished trestle is equipped with standard blocks. The number and configuration of blocks depend on the number of tank cars along the unloading front. Weight of the base module: up to 1,500 kg.
