The infrastructure of the NIKOILSERVICE plant includes: a procurement shop, a mechanical processing shop, a shop for the production of VST, a shop for the production of CGS, a shop for the production of equipment and stainless steel products, a shop for processing products (a sandblasting and shot-blasting section, a coating area), sites collection-welding.

Each department is responsible for a certain range of technological tasks, which optimizes the production process as much as possible. Checking the input material and quality control of parts as they are manufactured is carried out by the NIKOILSERVICE laboratory.

The machining workshop is the link between the procurement workshop and the assembly and welding areas.

The main technological operations of the division are the processing of external and internal surfaces, drilling and countersinking of holes, cutting threaded connections, etc. The machine park is represented by universal equipment that allows you to work with a constant load without reducing the accuracy of processing, namely:

- Vertical milling machines that provide processing of metal blanks up to 1100 x 450 mm in size.

- Drilling machines designed for drilling holes with a circular cross section up to 50 mm in diameter.

- Screw-cutting lathes, which are distinguished by vibration resistance and strength of all links of kinematic chains.

Technical capabilities provide high speed serial processing of parts made of structural alloyed, carbon and stainless corrosion-resistant steels, as well as their alloys.

A large amount of work is carried out at the assembly and welding sections of the shops for the production of RVS and RHS for the production of horizontal tanks, pressure vessels, as well as metal structures for vertical tanks. Separate structural elements are interconnected by welds using special automatic, semi-automatic devices and column-type welding manipulators for longitudinal and circumferential seams on the outer and inner sides of the tanks.

Preparing the surface of the tank and equipment for applying decorative, protective and anti-corrosion coatings is provided by sandblasting and shot blasting. The main elements of this type of processing are a compressor, a jet apparatus and abrasive particles. The compressed air supplied by the compressor pushes the abrasive through the blasting machine at high speed, which makes it possible to effectively clean the metal.

The final stage of work on the manufacture of equipment is the application of paint and varnish and anti-corrosion compounds, waterproofing materials, as well as a heat-insulating layer.

Airless spray is used to paint surfaces. The advantage of the airless method is the high uniformity of the droplets, the absence of smudges and the ability to apply a uniform layer of paint to the surface with a greater thickness in one pass than with pneumatic spraying.

To protect the tanks from the negative impact of groundwater, a very reinforced type of waterproofing is used. The waterproofing material is sequentially fixed on the outer wall of the container by fusing. The layer is heated by a gas burner and mechanically smoothed over the surface. The rolls are applied with an overlap of 5-10 cm, after which the seams are additionally sealed with bituminous mastic. After complete drying of the materials, a high-quality connection of the layers is ensured and optimal protection of the outer wall of the tank throughout the entire service life.

Thermal insulation is designed to maintain a constant temperature inside the vessel and smooth out fluctuations in ambient temperature. NIKOILSERVICE specialists carry out thermal insulation using mineral wool mats, galvanized sheets or polyurethane foam.
